Been living here almost a year and havent had no problems Was 2 incidents a few months ago where shots were fired but from what i heard the people who did it came from other areas other then that my apartment is spacious and clean

For a housing property the one bedroom floor plan is not all THAT bad BUT the landlords are rude and annoying They treat their tenants with no respect they do not make you feel at home They will constantly post notice after notice on your front door For a housing property the one bedroom floor plan is not all THAT bad BUT the landlords are rude and annoying They treat their tenants with no respect they do not make you feel at home They will constantly post notice after notice on your front door for you to come into the office finding any reason to evict you The landlords will charge YOU for repairs that is needed to done or deduct the charges out of your security deposit when you move out Also not to mention a REQUIRED inspection of your home every 3 months now thats ridiculousthe crime rate in the area is still high and the apartment complex is still drug infestedIll only recommend this place if youre a drug addict with a good rental history or homeless and do not want to live in a shelter more ... hide ...
