The new manager is incredibly unprofessional, and it's almost impossible to get in touch with them. I call constantly and no one picks up the phone. Several times I've seen them sitting in the office, on Facebook, during business hours. It's obvious that this new manager isn't qualified for the job and doesn't have the right attitude.
