How long dose it take to get Accepted for a 1br

I have lived at Palmetto Terrace in a 1 bedroom from 2014 to 2020 The apartments do not come with ac and the gas heat does not heat up the entire apartment When things are broken the Landlord will take his time in getting it fix if it get fixed at al I have lived at Palmetto Terrace in a 1 bedroom from 2014 to 2020 The apartments do not come with ac and the gas heat does not heat up the entire apartment When things are broken the Landlord will take his time in getting it fix if it get fixed at all I lived in apt 3025 H There iswas a roof issue to where when it rains water will come through the roof and then through the ceiling I have been dealing with that issue for years and the problem was never fixed before I moved out Whoever moves in there next will have the same problem These apartments and the Landlord is not worth the the money even if you do get housing assistance I wouldnt give this place a star but in order to post this I had to give them a one star See videos for the patch work that the Landlord is doing instead of fixing the issue more ... hide ...
