They charge you for everything an you cant have pools for the kids work on your car they charge for everything they can to get your money I would advise you to run as fast as you can from this place people are coming in one month an leaving the next They charge you for everything an you cant have pools for the kids work on your car they charge for everything they can to get your money I would advise you to run as fast as you can from this place people are coming in one month an leaving the next I have been asking for the light in the kitchen to be fixed cuz its about to hit the floor an they still hasnt come an its almost a year later but wanna change 13 bucks for a drip pan for the stove smh an they dont give refund but will charge you really fast for something they have to fix God forbid you have a piece of blind missing they will charge you 15 bucks for that to be replaced an if you have kids an they have bikes in the yard you better take them in cuz they will throw the bikes in the trash an you can only have someone visit the night but 19 times out the year or they think they live here the trash is all over the road an the men that work here ride on the golf cart smoking an think they in a parade an do nothing so please if you can run the other way do it this place is horrible more ... hide ...

Resident from November 2012nto June 2015nnI lived in Parkway Village Apartments for 25 years personally I would not recommend this hell hole to the poorest of the poor Being a Parkway resident was like taking a long train ride on the HotMess Express Resident from November 2012nto June 2015nnI lived in Parkway Village Apartments for 25 years personally I would not recommend this hell hole to the poorest of the poor Being a Parkway resident was like taking a long train ride on the HotMess Express I have had thee most issues while living here Plumbing issues several water leaks including one so severe it flooded my whole bedroom ruined my furniture and personal property another water leak causing my hallway to flood maintence hardly came in a timely manor when they did come Id steady be getting charged for natural wear and tear just to name a few of my maintenance experiences As far as my neighbors lets just say I was the only white person in my building The first night I moved in there was a brawl of 30 in the parking lot where I believe one was shot There was always a lot of arguing fighting loud music one particular neighbor would smoke marijuana out in the breezeways quite often There was no shortage of crime here despite the previous review My apartment was broken into not once but TWICE where my electronics were stolen On another occasion my car was vandalized as well where my trunk was broken into and stereo system was stolen and another occasion where my license plate tag was stolen off my vehicle as well But in the end I was the only one to be reprimanded because obviously Id have to have police contact due to these issues which was apparently a lease violation Moving on to the staff The staff Ms Carolyn Allen hired when she assumed the position of property manager are completely underqualified quite rude not limited to the young lady at the front desk Ms Taylor who called the Department of Social Services on me with accusations that my children have no proper bedding because at first my newborn hated her bassinette would only sleep sitting up in her car seat But knowing that complaint was non significant she falsely accused me of doing drugs beating my children not having food in the house etc to have DSS involved which a case worker did come out to investigate and saw the allegations were clearly bogus and quickly closed my case But the fact that that employee lied out of spite tried to have my children taken away under false pretenses quite frankly still pisses this momma bear off to this day Im so glad to be out of there now residing in a larger home with a huge yard but most importantly far away from the ill mannered residents and disgraceful staff of Parkway Village more ... hide ...
