In the seven months I have lived here, we have gone through three maintenance personnel and the cleaner quit, meaning the building is not getting the necessary upkeep - such as hallways not being vacuumed in two months. Emails to the corporate office are not responded to. No one is willing to take responsibility for all the problems here. Scott, you and the others at cci investments seem to be unaware of the situation going on at the tower of David. Of course, when there is an inspection, things will be cleaned up, but if you stop by unexpectedly, you will see how the building really looks. It is astonishing that nobody notices all the warning signs - such as people leaving and employees quitting due to the way the property manager behaves towards them. You assume that because the inspections are good, everything is alright, which could not be further from the truth.
