These apartments are an absolute JOKE This review from 5 years ago If you want to be able to live a healthy long life dont move here is what I read before LIVING here and it is something I wish i wouldve read a little harder That is the realest revieThese apartments are an absolute JOKE This review from 5 years ago If you want to be able to live a healthy long life dont move here is what I read before LIVING here and it is something I wish i wouldve read a little harder That is the realest review and the most accurate Let me start by saying These apartments are GREAT if you dont have any other choices It is section 8 so yes you can live here without a job its a great place if something happens and you find yourself with nothing BUT dont make it permanent Youll regret it Its not worth all the things youre going to have to deal with in the end Theres way better CHEAP apartments These apartments ARE NOT worth the 30 income rent Let me put it this way building 1011 is the drug dealer buildings where everyone works under the table and gets away with it and they all make extra money selling drugs building 8 or 9 is INFESTED with bed bugs If youre stuck in one of those buildings youre already screwed The rest of the buildings have major COCKROACH issues And lets not forget the MOLD problems Id say all apartments here have a mold problem Too bad HUD and the TDHA is too lazy to come out themselves and see Instead if you complain about the mold they will INSIST that is is mildew instead But its not Its black mold in the bathrooms Its actually pretty serious and unhealthy So if you run into that problem your best bet is to SUE Another thing NEW MANAGER I thought the last manager was a joke but this new one is even better sarcastic theres new things popping up now with the new management Like the fact VISITORS have to park by the office or they will get booted or towed witnessed this happen once already which is ridiculous if you live in the back buildings you might as well forget about having anyone visit you The new manager wants to treat everyone here as a charity now Yes its section 8 but not everyone is poor We dont need charities here from local churches To me Its discrimination But others might think differently I regret living here even when at the time i had no where else to go Its not worth living here And this place is DEFINITELY not worth paying rent at Also the management will talk to you like you are stupid Honestly this place needs condeemed and rebuilt But hey not my problem just looking to WARN someone before they find themselves in my shoesmore ...hide ...
