They are infested with mold and stale smoke smells. I mean it is a total and complete invasion of privacy to expect guests to give them their identification to visit their family. I work EVERY DAY, I dont get government assistance, I PAY rent and it is unreasonable!!! I lived in Legacy Condos for 2 years. I had a Pigeon Forge police officer as a landlord and NOT one time did I have to show my guests IDs or was NEVER treated like a second rate human being and that is EXACTLY how they treat you here. Now if your unemployed, dont have family, spend your time sitting on your porch smoking 3 packs of cigarettes a day, and love to sit and gossip and stir up drama with the neighbors, then this is probably the perfect place for you! more ... hide ...
