Not being content with this simple explanation, I asked the same inquiry again, which may not have been as polite as it should have been. She responded with raised voice, asking me to leave and not to disrespect her. She also said she was about to inform the owners of my discourteous and boorish behavior and she was uncertain of what they would do as punishment. I still haven't obtained a detailed statement, only a bill showing what I owe, with no clarification. I haven't paid it yet either. I think our community needs someone to come in and improve the office to a professional level, more organized and better managed. The landlord must be losing money because of the incompetence of his employees. Despite this, it's a great place to live. If you ever find yourself in a tight spot, they are very accommodating and willing to work something out. more ... hide ...
