If I could put no stars I would Pay more and get a decent apartment This is what you get

I am Resident here at the Bavarian Manor Apartments for a little bit over a year now and I just love my apartment so beautiful I am a young single mother of two who has never been on her own I applied here at these apartments and the whole process wa I am Resident here at the Bavarian Manor Apartments for a little bit over a year now and I just love my apartment so beautiful I am a young single mother of two who has never been on her own I applied here at these apartments and the whole process was very easy the property manager Sol was very helpful and answered all my questions leaving my parents nest was very scary I honestly thought I could had not made it by myself especially with two kids and work and going to school But the property manager Sol has always been helpful and when I first moved in here she was so easily to talk to and shes always told me This is just stepping stone this is not the end she has always encouraged me to do better and to move up to better myself and for my children so I can provide for them I am not only working for myself I am also working for them The property manager has always been very supportive and has always tried to guide me into the right direction She takes her job very serious and passionate for her resident she always does her best to make sure that Residents and children feel safe living here especially because theirs a lot more singles mothers She does a very great job cleaning up the property making sure everything looks nice And the maintenance guys Art and Pat are really the best if you ever need something done they are your go to guys always taking care of the job with a smile and awesome attitude Every time I have a problem with my garbage disposal I walk into the office The property manager is always Happy full of energy I fill out my work order to fix my disposal And the maintenance guys get right on it never have to wait When I first moved in last year in January of 2019 you can tell the huge difference and amazing changes the apartments have had All because of the apartment manager I now feel safe coming home with my children And for them to feel safe in their own home is all you can ask for Sol has really done an awesome job and I couldnt be more satisfied living here at the Bavarian Manor Apartments If you ever feel scared for any reason weather you dont have food on the table for your family or you dont have enough for your rent or utilities bill I never knew this but theirs assistances out their that well help you and Sol has always been awesome to guid me where I can go She has honestly been like my guardian angel and she so awesome with children she walks through the property to make sure everything is in order and when you see her walking through the court yard always stopping to say hi to everyone with a smile on her face you will see her playing getting along with the children outside seeing this every time Im on my way out or just coming back home Is great because theirs still good people in this world people who care about others you can till from a distance or up close this is not just a check for her she really is carrying and passionate for what she does and her residents always come first more ... hide ...
