BY FAR THE WORSE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE THE ASSISTANT ASSAULTED ME I would give this property a star considering of the pros to it but I cant even do that given the MANAGEMENT is so bad Ive been waiting on mBY FAR THE WORSE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE THE ASSISTANT ASSAULTED ME I would give this property a star considering of the pros to it but I cant even do that given the MANAGEMENT is so bad Ive been waiting on my application for over a year with the last property managers losing my app I was hopeful in the new management in getting things back on track Boy I was wrong This is my 10th literally time going back to the office to fill out paperwork they supposedly lost or were sent back but they were never filing I went back today and was talking to the ASSISTANT laney about the mistake and asked her for corporate office number which I have called before however I didnt have the number anymore so i wanted to call about my concerns This lady begins to get irate Telling me I cant have the corporate number and saying that its gonna take me even longer now to move in because I asked to speak with them How is that even possible also keep in mind I got my apartment number all my move in info back in OCTOBER to move in it is now FEBUARY Anyway so I then tell her im not going anywhere till I have corporates number she proceeds to get in my face and say Ill make you get out and I said again IM NOT GOING ANYWHERE TILL I GET THE NUMBER more firmly cause now shes really got my blood boiling this lady proceeds to try to push me out the chair when she fails she pulls the chair out from under me with the actual property manager watching the proceeds to get in my face flinging papers around in my face saying ill never get in now and how she never done my paperwork and is definitely not doing it now basically taunting me Shes picking up things through her office acting like shes going to hit me with them then starts throwing my paperwork around LIKE WOW I thought shes suppose to be professional this is FAAAR from it I then called the police because she kept walking up on me threating me The current property manager patty NEVER SAID ANYTHING TO HER WORKER NEVER INSTEAD she made me exit the office she called the dispatch AFTER I made the call and she said shes going to talk to her later instead of checking her workers performance THE WORST THING A MANAGER could do i dont care about the day they are having when a client walks in with the potential to grow within a company no two managers should act the way they did today Whenever the police showed up they were shocked by the behavior as well They suggested that I not stay there due to the conduct of the workers They said theyve never seen an assistant act such a way I have contacted a Lawyer about the assault I also will be contacting the eeoc and the BBB to launch an investigation on them and the conduct and I checked my call logs and got the corporate number after they refused to give it to m before an after the assault I will be contacting them in the morning regarding the issue and ill be contacting them EVERYDAY until the situation is rectified either with my lawyers or the BBB Im highly disappointed and look forward to proper conduct dealing with employees especially when the customer is suppose to always be right This property can really thrive once it gets rid of the property managers that really dont wanna do the work and actually care about the community and the people in it and not just coming to work to get a check as laney stated Btw I had to give them a star to post the review not because I actually wanted to My lawyers will be in contact thoughmore ...hide ...
