The maintenance is very disrespectful and so are the staff These apartments are filled with roaches as well

Coolwood has roaches and the staff is ghetto Thats the only downside Other than that I didnt have any issues with crime the apartment layout was fine kid friendly and located next to a lot of food places They are also income based
