She might not always answer the phone calls since she is running that office alone. Once you arrive to the office she has a hole bunch of people waiting to speak to her. Maintenance has been doing the same as well he is always running the show outside. People need to be patience with him. He is only one running 13 buildings. The company needs to hire more good people like him that works hard everyday. He leaves the apartments late but he is never standing @ he is always working.
