They do not do the repairs they promise and cant even get anyone to answer the phone. The sidewalks are so uneven and dangerous, there is no lighting on the sidewalks, the trees are so overgrown a This place is terrible. When I need her, I can never find her; she has another tenant fill in for her when she isn't around. That's too bad. Several times, my water has been turned off without providing any warning, which is against the law. Even if it takes a while, tenants must be alerted if utilities are going to be shut off. Fortunately, I haven't faced any attitude from her or any assault, otherwise the situation would have been different. The appliances in the apartment are always malfunctioning; they are cheaply made and I'm certain we will be charged for that when we move. Our air conditioner hardly ever works and we don't bother requesting help because we know it won't be fixed. Luckily, I am in the process of buying a house and don't need to tolerate these problems. I am pregnant and am close to my due date and I don't feel secure with such an unpredictable, hostile landlord.
