The care at this facility is very poor. Residents are often left waiting for long periods of time without any assistance. The staff seem to be very overwhelmed and do not provide adequate care. Most not all but most of the nursing staff in the White Acres facility are just going threw the motions of their jobs They are not concerned of patient care and or health They have left my mother unattended in the bathroom for a 12 hour and have kept Most not all but most of the nursing staff in the White Acres facility are just going threw the motions of their jobs They are not concerned of patient care and or health They have left my mother unattended in the bathroom for a 12 hour and have kept her from using the bathroom for over an hour They forgot to bring her to breakfast and have not had a CNA assigned to her When making complaints about an ongoing ant infestation we were told that they would clean the floor Last time I checked cleaning a floor does not mitigate an ant infestation I am horrified at the conditions and or treatment that is continuing at this facility When my mother needs long term care due to her illness or even if she need short term care again there is no way that I will ever allow her to come back here The only saving grace is the 2 of staff that care and the PT OT and speech therapy people that are wonderful They do not deserve to be associated with the rest of the staff there more ... hide ...
