My mother lives in this place and at first they were really nice. However, now it is a different story. The floors are dirty. They use to vacuum the hallways and now they do not do any kind of housekeeping. They have no management on site. There is no one there but a handyman that is unable to do things because he hurt himself. There is no backup person to step in if he cannot do the job. My mother has a smoke detector that has been sitting on her dresser for almost three months. She has light bulbs that have not been replaced. There is no on-site activity coordinator. There is no one to call, but the maintenance line that goes no where.I really would like for someone to go in there and get that building up to what it was when they first opened. I was really glad that my mother found this place and the apartments are cute and just enough room, but the upkeep on this place has gone downhill.more ...hide ...
