The management, for one, never addresses you with courtesy, even if you are quiet and never cause any issues in the apartment they will speak to you with blatant disrespect, because they understand that if you don't like it, you'll move or you'll have to put up with it since you can't move. They are highly disrespectful to their handicapped, elderly, and younger renters. I have seen them make disrespectful, out-of-line comments to other renters apart from myself. The maintenance staff is a joke on its own; if there is an issue in your apartment, they are quick to start the job of fixing it, but may or may not ever return to finish the job. I have had a big hole in my shower ceiling for months now from a leak of an upstairs apartment, and despite having submitted numerous maintenance requests, they have fixed the leak but never came back to seal the hole in my ceiling. They are not properly trained whatsoever. Do yourself a favor and look past these apartments. Unless you enjoy being treated like an annoyance and are okay with unresolved apartment problems, then this is your haven. more ... hide ...

After putting him to sleep at night, there has never been a problem with noise waking him up. When my relationship status changed and my girlfriend moved in, the management was very considerate. They accepted her in the same manner as they accepted me and were extraordinarily friendly and understanding during the process. The management staff, Bridgett and Amy, have been very kind to me and, now that we have decided to move closer to our jobs, they have helped my girlfriend's son to become a tenant here. I have never had to deal with any maintenance issues as nothing in my unit has ever gone amiss, but when I see the maintenance staff in passing, they appear to be genial. None of the other reviews mention how clean the grounds are, but, having lived in Houston's apartments for the past 16 years, I can confidently declare that I have never lived in a cleaner atmosphere. I never see trash anywhere and the garbage area is constantly kept in good condition. As I have already said, my girlfriend and I have recommended her son to live here, and I would advise any friends or family to do the same. more ... hide ...
