The manager from 2015-2016 was very unprofessional, mean, and inconsiderate to the tenants. I have seen them single out certain residents and apply rul The apartments and grounds are pleasant; this is a residence for seniors and disabled individuals. The manager from 2015-2016 was very unprofessional, mean, and inconsiderate to the tenants. I have seen them single out certain residents and apply rules to them that are not imposed on the rest of the complex. The manager's door is kept locked, and if you request a meeting, you must wait a day or more for a response. There have been occurrences where tenants were threatened or accosted violently in the parking lots and their apartments, yet no steps were taken to enhance the safety of the residents. Maintenance and management have a habit of entering the apartments when the occupants are not there, without prior notification or consent, to fix supposed issues. Ducks from a near pond wander around, and cats must be kept on leashes. This is a recent requirement; even cats that have been living there for years, vaccinated, spayed/neutered, and declawed, and are mainly indoor pets, now have to be kept on leashes when they go outside.
