People are rude such as kids and adults Apartments fall apart quickly theres often foul smells in the apartments Overall not too great of a place to live but its definitely something to help you get on your feet

Just moved out of this place Lived here for almost two years My overall experience here was okay When we first moved in it was clean but it was infested with bugs It also had a bad smell But maintenance did a good job when it came to spraying the apa Just moved out of this place Lived here for almost two years My overall experience here was okay When we first moved in it was clean but it was infested with bugs It also had a bad smell But maintenance did a good job when it came to spraying the apartment for bugs and fixing anything that was broken The 3 bedroom apartment had a lot of space with 2 closets outdoor and indoor for storage This is a housing program for low income families So you have to follow all of their rules Theyre strict about reporting your income turning in pay stubs and bank statements Make sure you report when you switch to a new job Management is nice but when you mess up such as not reporting who moves in or moves out they start being rude to you Or theyll complain to corporate and make you move out Nice place for a temporary move but not permanent more ... hide ...

There nice but where is the visited parking it doesnt make sense and then your towed even though the visitor is half painted on the spot
