Edit Rental Inquiry Hello, my name is Samantha Knick. My boyfriend and I are looking for a home we can move in to as soon as possible. We currently live with his mother and we�ve only ever both lived with parents so we have no rental history of our own yet. We lost our long term jobs due to a very wrongful termination which I am trying to take care of legally. Unfortunately the home we are in now is being bought out and we need to move before December 2nd which is in four days.. we have one cat as well. We have been looking and reaching out to places but we haven�t been able to afford the move in costs.. I doordash for right now until I can get a new long term job and my boyfriend is working at his very first job at sals pizzeria in Stanardsville Va. is there any way possible we can move in to a home before the 2nd that�s very cheap and affordable for us ? I�m so worried about my cat. He�s very special and it breaks my heart to even think I may have to give him away.. I can�t. He needs special attention and care. He�s very very important to us and we�ve had him since a newborn. He�s about 3 years old now.

And I did that I took my pictures and I gave them to the property manager and my section 8. Then within a couple weeks after that the property manager and the owner came over and took a couple of pictures and they looked around took a couple of pictures and looked around. There was so much stuff done wrong in the apartment that needed to be done. It was a slop job done when the apartment was put together and I mean a slump job. The foundation was not fully settled. The paint job was just slapped on. In the window seals where they had sandblasted they didnt vacuum out the window seals. the outlets in the walls were hanging out in other words my grandson could have just come up and pulled it out and poured something in. The vents in the ceilings they were hanging down not completely out of the walls but they were hanging down.there were a few tiles on the floor that were not completely caulted down.Theres never no one in the office when you need them. I can email them about something going on over here in the apartment and I never get a response back and when I say a response back I dont get a response back. When you ask about certain things in the apartment that needs to be taken care of from maintenance because Ive not seen maintenance since Ive been hereyou have to find out where is maintenance because I have not seen maintenance since Ive been here. I had to call them one night to come look at my thermostat to set it because it did not even come with a manual. So then when I emailed the property manager she wanted to get smart with me and say anybody can read that thermostat and I told her when you dont have a manual to read it and if you have a comprehension disability or your bipolar or PTSD then you may have issues on it. Then she had the nerve to tell me well you just dont seem like youre happy here and I can help you find you a better place suitable for you. and which that was not her call to make that would be my section 8 coordinators position to make. And she is very seldom ever in that office anyways. I can email her and email her about many things but I never get a response back unless she wants to bust my chops about something. The first two days I was here she came back and said oh I just dont think youre happy here we can end your lease if we you want to and I said no my apartments fine its just things that need to be taken care of. so the next three or four emails she would send me was you just dont seem like youre happy it was though that she just wanted to push me out of the apartment. In other words if you have something to say she doesnt want to hear what you have to say she just wants you to hush. So then here we have the other issues about the drug issues. I have brought up this issue in five different emails to the property management and Ive even forward it to the owner itself about the drugs on the property the smells in the hallway in the elevator on the property but they just dont want to do anything about it.
