Stayed here for a few years while trying to make it though college as a young mom The noise from the upstairs unit is unbearable not the neighbors fault the floor creaking is the worst I have ever heard I still get flashbacks about the noise lol So Stayed here for a few years while trying to make it though college as a young mom The noise from the upstairs unit is unbearable not the neighbors fault the floor creaking is the worst I have ever heard I still get flashbacks about the noise lol So get an upstairs one if you can The company is making market rent off of every resident no matter how much they pay out of pocket so I encourage current and future residents to stand up for themselves and make sure they get what they need while living here The elderly community here is tight knit and really nice But the drama I had to listen to in the hallways was ridiculous Mostly arguments between women and the same boyfriend they keep kicking out of the house and letting back in the next day Overall I would recommend if income is limited and you have to be on the bus line I caught the bus at night plus they have cameras in each building so I felt safe living here more ... hide ...

Have lived here for almost 8 years after retiring Changes have been devastating in the last three years Property has always been clean on the outside not due to new management as stated I have given management my doctor statments since 2020 and earl Have lived here for almost 8 years after retiring Changes have been devastating in the last three years Property has always been clean on the outside not due to new management as stated I have given management my doctor statments since 2020 and earlier about my handicap issues and relocating to lower quarters because of fall risk walking with a walker and living on the second floor They told me I had moved to position 1number five and ordered me to take a letter to my Primary doctor from them to fill out Which he completed and sent back to them the following day Since that timethere have been 10 1 bedroom openings where they have placed young able body people into Please be careful about renting I have never paid my rent late or even go to the office for anything anymore With all the stress people are going thru trust is very important and family will post what you tell them to say more ... hide ...
