To add, when my uncle tried to enquire about the allegations, he was seated in his wheelchair and the office manager was extremely impolite, claiming she had observers keeping an eye on him. I visited every day, and I am certain they were lying but I don't know why. Furthermore, when his AC unit malfunctioned and flooded the carpet, it took two weeks to get someone to repair it and the smell was unbearable.
