The apartment was so badly plagued, roaches entered our parent's unit through the air conditioner vent and fell on their face while in bed. To be fair, the property manager tried to address and manage the situation, but the building appears to be too badly infested; now, the apartment on the other side and an adjacent apartment have a few problems as well. To be an independent residence, the property has several tenants in desperate need of help and may be better off in an assisted living community. Unhappily, tenants whose homes are too cluttered, can't keep them clean properly and need aid - inhabit what could be a breeding ground for infestation! It is hoped that Quantum Real Estate Management Corporation's next effort will provide a better resolution and that the seniors of Gum Springs Glen Apartments have the safer, healthier homes they deserve. more ... hide ...
