I have witnessed daily outbursts from the management about homeless, impoverished, and disadvantaged people. The orders to fix apartment problems that would improve the quality of life of the residents were often dismissed. Employees of color had no way to defend themselves when they were targeted by certain management with racial slurs. On my last day, as I was getting my things, I was verbally abused because the day before, a maintenance worker revealed to me that he was being discriminated against based on race and management refused to take action. I had advised him to speak to the Department of Labor and look for a lawyer since he was not making much money. I believe that I was fired due to me being seen as a suspect in the matter, even though I had done nothing wrong other than listening to him and providing him with a suggestion. Now, I am unemployed and may not be able to rent an apartment due to my income, which has been suffering since my divorce. I sincerely hope that the perpetrators are held accountable and that their positions are terminated. This is a low-income, subsidized community that deserves a team that is more compassionate and thoughtful when it comes to their residents' needs. more ... hide ...

Residents live in poor conditions staff are incredibly rude remodels are constantly delayed trash is not regularly picked up to the point where there are rats nests at 3 of them sometimes the trash overflows so much that caregivers need to call neigh Residents live in poor conditions staff are incredibly rude remodels are constantly delayed trash is not regularly picked up to the point where there are rats nests at 3 of them sometimes the trash overflows so much that caregivers need to call neighbors to help them carry wheelchairs to the cars because not a single ramp is clear a mother of a disabled daughter had to carry her all the way around to get her into the car to take her to an appointment staff smoke on site in front of resident homes and even inside them when they are sent out to check out a problem they brought in new staff but i have no clue what change that will bring more ... hide ...

The office staff have no clue on what the are doing Very rude disrespectful people office is trashy just like the complex DO NOT LIVE THERE YOUR LIFE IS AT STAKE
