I can only share my personal experience. After two years, I am still very satisfied. The staff and volunteers are friendly and helpful. We get to know each other here and there is no feeling of isolation like in an apartment building. For the price, we have many benefits such as exercise classes, special interest groups, trips and parties. As with any large community, there are disagreements. I believe the managers are doing their best to keep the premises livable and safe on a small budget and no one is taking advantage. Additionally, volunteers/residents often go the extra mile to make life better for everyone. We have an exercise room, two laundries, a library, and a common area with a TV, games, and socializing.
