The new Chloe is far from complete. If you are looking for a place to stay in a construction zone, then this is it! In the year I have been here, the building systems have malfunctioned, management personnel give out false information, and security is a problem. Parking spots are leased without keeping track, making me lose my spot to another tenant. Working from home is strenuous because of the obsolete wiring and patchy wifi. Last week, when the power went out, tenants were locked out of the building due to the Chloe fob system not being connected to an emergency generator. Plus, it took Chloe more than 24 hours to restore hot water to us upon power restoration. To suppress my original review, Chloe has put up many positive reviews, however, occupants are very disgruntled and are uniting. I extended my lease at the start of the pandemic but am now eager to move out. more ... hide ...
