There are several things wrong with this apartment Constant fire alarms forced paid delivery service that steals packages absurd parking garage rates Some of these things are outside of the managements control and I chose not to be vocal about them l There are several things wrong with this apartment Constant fire alarms forced paid delivery service that steals packages absurd parking garage rates Some of these things are outside of the managements control and I chose not to be vocal about them like others below What put me over the edge and caused me to write this review is the managements lack of care for their residents once that lease is signednnCommunal area reservations are not free here Fine Whats not fine is when you make a paid 200 reservation you get a room that is messy spilled drinks on counter tops dirtysticky floors trash filled top the brim No reservation or private event sign so you must constantly tell other residents that this room is reserved and missing amenities which were promised Specifically on the reservation sign and amenities I visited the office THE DAY OF and was assured that those things would be there After paying to rent the room I had to clean it ask others to leave awkward because their response was are you sure its reserved if theres no sign figure out the amenity situation and only then begin setting up for the eventnnI sent an email regarding this issue and although they said theyd get back to me they didnt They never do Anytime you send an email with an issue you wont get a response If you call with a question and they say they will call you back they wont Customer satisfaction is not their priority after you sign that lease so dont get fooled I am sure management will respond to this review like they do with the rest but they need to that for everyone not once a bad review has been madennEdward from the office is nice and helpful though it seems like he is the only one there who cares more ... hide ...

Im not really sure where to start The building is promising and the front office is filled with nice people My main gripes mirror those of others the fire alarms parking fees delivery service problems difficulty getting guests inout and broken elevat Im not really sure where to start The building is promising and the front office is filled with nice people My main gripes mirror those of others the fire alarms parking fees delivery service problems difficulty getting guests inout and broken elevators The fire alarms and rising rent costs is what pushed me to move After the 630a alarm today I am happy to say Ive made the right decision I work from home and have found myself interrupted throughout my workday by numerous alarms too many timesnnI stayed as long as I did because I felt locked into my lease in a way that I hadnt been in the past At some point I ran the cost to break my lease early and it was going to cost me upwards of 10k to get out of it which was extremely frustrating considering I was being woken up by the alarms and being interrupted throughout my workday The parking garage is in full working order now but there were months where the door was broken and my overly priced spot felt really uselessnnThey utilize Fetch a delivery service for all your packages and Ive had multiple packages lost or delivered late in times where I needed to get something quickly this service adds an additional 12 days to your delivery Not to mention when they switched the address my packages got forwarded to a girl in North Seattle who had some 70 packages at her house when I got therennThe management company Greystar is also a nightmare to deal with I still need to figure out whatever strange charges they charged me for in June after my automatic payment had drawn from my accountnnOn the upside the building has beautiful views the staff up front is really kind and responsive the amenities rooftops gym cooking areas are really nice Not to mention I will especially miss the incredibly nice residents and their amazing dogs more ... hide ...

The apartments on offer here at the Jackson are gorgeous honestly super pleased The staff managing the building onsite have always been very kind welcoming knowledgeable and most importantly extremely helpful and prompt in providing a solution whenev The apartments on offer here at the Jackson are gorgeous honestly super pleased The staff managing the building onsite have always been very kind welcoming knowledgeable and most importantly extremely helpful and prompt in providing a solution whenever I have an issue Id like to specifically give a shout out to our wonderful Assistant Manager Derrick Brown who immediately offered to complete a small work order for me after I came into the office to submit one All maintenance staff were otherwise occupied at the time and rather than simply putting the work order in the system he got up and resolved my small issue himself Even though it only took all of 2 minutes out of his day I really appreciated him going above and beyond its not something Ive seen staff do at other buildings Ive lived at Jackson is a great place to live more ... hide ...
