I would not recommend living here if you have no car, as the bus service ends at 7 or 8 pm. You cannot have guests or relatives over without being accused of fraud and they never write-up non-English-speaking tenants for smoking weed, slamming doors, or being racist. This is a government-funded apartment complex and yet they are displacing people and not helping those in financial hardship.
