Tenants are always loud, rude and obnoxious all day and well passed midnight week nights and weekends. Parking is a nightmare even in our own driveway. Apartment tenants often put their trash in our cans resulting in the garbage collectors refusing to take them because the added garbage overflows and the lid wont close which is against their policy. Animals are attracted to the trash so garbage often is all over yards, driveways and the street. There are always a pack of kids from the apartments running around in the streets, blocking traffic and leaving their toys in the street. The kids are also very loud and often get into screaming matches with eachother...and I dont mean just fights; literally screaming like banshees for no reason.
