Union 18 was a lucky find It has the best of both worlds easy walkable access to Capitol Hill and Central District favorites to keep you plugged in to city life while also having unbeatable views of nature where you can retreat after a long day and w Union 18 was a lucky find It has the best of both worlds easy walkable access to Capitol Hill and Central District favorites to keep you plugged in to city life while also having unbeatable views of nature where you can retreat after a long day and watch the sunset We toured several layouts and all of the units are tastefully remodeled spacious and clean they are also some of the largest floor plans you can wish for in this dense area plus inunit washer dryer a godsend after living in places with vintage charm on the hillnnRichelle is the new property manager and you can tell she is a qualified manager who gets things done I also appreciate how friendly Matthew in maintenance is which by the way requests and payments are all done via app on your phone so its super convenientnnParking views controlled access courtyard gym Union 18 is bursting with good qualities and we are happy to call it home hopefully for a very long time more ... hide ...

I really liked my time living here The building isnt at all fancy but the neighbors were nice I had offstreet parking and my dog was allowed and enjoyed having the unofficial dog park across the street If youre someone that needs meticulous attention I really liked my time living here The building isnt at all fancy but the neighbors were nice I had offstreet parking and my dog was allowed and enjoyed having the unofficial dog park across the street If youre someone that needs meticulous attention to detail with everything this may not be the spot for you but I thought that this building was great value and was maintained more than adequately Im not at all implying this place is in shambles since it isnt but sometimes maintenance requests might take a little long the trash areas might be a bit of a disaster and things like hallway paint and carpet werent always the most pristine Still I had a great quality of life here and think others would say the same This isnt luxury but it is a darn fine place to live your life more ... hide ...
