Let me explain why we decided to remain. There can be noise issues, but that is just a case of picking the right spot for your individual demands. If you are sensitive to sound, don't select a flat where there is going to be plenty of sound! Why do we cherish Stazione25? First of all, the facilities are quite pleasant. There is a theatre, gym and rooftop with terrace, BBQ, gardening plots and the South building has an awesome view of Rainier! The Boccie ball Court will hopefully be accessible soon. Our location is facing the massive green belt behind the building. It feels really tranquil.Stazione25 is also very close to my job. Hence, I am able to cycle to work each day, while my wife gets the auto. On top of that, our exclusive car is electric. This implies zero maintenance. With the accessible electric car charging here, we are saving a great deal of money on transportation.I work in the solar industry. Stazione25 needs to add more, but there is solar on the roof! This makes me very content. The structure is also has a Gold LEED certification, which means it is effective and we are living with a lower climate effect. Lastly, I love the diversity of the community. I trust in the American dream and the great melting pot. Won't youmore ...hide ...
