Reports of these issues have been made on various occasions, but none of them have been addressed. The neighbours are friendly and I have made many new friends, although it can be a great place. The window is still broken and packages get stolen, so you have to file a complaint and have them delivered to another address. The quality of people has deteriorated since the manager moved out and it is no longer a safe environment. I was even forced to call the police on a tenant who was trying to break into my apartment while I was home. The police took him away but he still lives in the same building.
