The manager Stephany always has a friendly smile whether its just to say hi while walking by her office or in the middle of a snowstorm and shes outside working to make sure everyones car is moved and helping us clean off our cars. She remembers the names of my grandkids and acknowledges them when they are over. If I have a maintenance issue, she sends someone (Bob, who just retired and will be missed or Mario, who is very pleasant and helpful) over promptly and its fixed. A lot of people here have been here for a long time and I can only attribute that to good management. Metroplitan Is doing it right for the tenants here at Evergreen Square with their staffing.
