There are many elderly people with disabilities that are as functional as they can be, some even over 40. I have seen them make fun of those who are lower on the functioning scale and not high-functioning at all. I have been in the office with my family and seen people trying to get signatures to get others evicted. Someone with a disability approached me and mistakenly assumed I lived here. Maria, who works in the office, often yells at residents who are being harassed. I saw her chasing a girl down the hall, shouting at her while she was crying. These tenants have a disability, and if one cannot work with disabilities, they should find a new job. Maria is fast to take the side of the person who constantly provokes others. I am appalled at the manipulation, bullying, and lack of good judgment that these people display. Something needs to be done soon.
