The new manager is discriminatory, racist and notoriously unpleasant, and gives you a 10-day notice for every little thing, even if you have company on the weekend. Furthermore, she is never in the office during weekdays, yet always around after hours and on weekends. If you want to live a decent life and raise your children in an environment free of hate, erase Kennedy Heights Townhomes from your list and keep looking. You deserve better! Lived there for 8yrswith my 3 sons Loved every minof living there The townhouses were kept in great shape management was very responsive Plenty of playgrounds very nice neighbors I cant say enough good about it
