I039m looking for a apartment in Winneconne in your apartment complex I039m living in when a county in the same apartment for the last 20 years My landlord passed away and his daughter is now taking over everything She039s got all these different pla I039m looking for a apartment in Winneconne in your apartment complex I039m living in when a county in the same apartment for the last 20 years My landlord passed away and his daughter is now taking over everything She039s got all these different plans with the apartment and she says she039s going to raise my rent so high I have to move I don039t understand what039s going on with her So she says she039s going to do this August 1st I don039t know how true this is if she was just mad because the two dogs next door from the young kids that moved in they have two pit bulls and they attacked my dog my service dog and damage the dog so severely they pulled its skin from its muscle on his face tore a big hole in the side of his face I had to spend 300 at the vet the other day I called The landlord to tell her the problem and all she and she completely blamed me for everything She never stopped yelling and calling me every single name in the book These young kids are not friends of her children they interact all the time so she039s taking their side not that I was blaming them my dog came out of the house while their dogs were in the yard and we have an agreement not to do that my dog accidentally went out probably not knowing they were there And they were instantly attacked So now I039m the bad guy everyone039s blaming me for everything and I039ve done nothing wrong I have never miss the payment of my rent will never been late ever in the 20 years I039ve been living here Never missed a utility payment ever I have done so much work on this apartment since I moved in it was completely destroyed by previous tenants the ceiling fell on the floor it was like that when I looked at it I fixed all that I replaced the floors I replaced the bathroom floor four times then it had a broken flange under the toilet I039ve been fixing frozen pipes for their houses cutting the grass Roofing on the garage I039ve have done so much work for them for absolutely no payment for so many years And this is what I get in return Her father and I were friends he never raised my rent because I did so much work for him unfortunately he passed away and now I have to deal with his unreasonable daughter They don039t live there they live in Chicago they just have a house that they use for the weekend trips and such I039m in the situation I don039t know what to do I039ll have nowhere to go if she raises the rent above with my section 8 voucher will allow Please put me on your waiting list I039m a disabled veteran and I have a service dog more ... hide ...
