I moved into Simeanna 1 this September 11 and so far a nice quiet place for seniors and they do things for fun Cards games art Dinner runs lunch runs store runs has a work out room nice laundry area and they have dinner or lunch get togethers

The terrace, river view and ready access to the river walk are excellent, and there are wonderful restaurants (sit down and fast food) within walking distance.
