They are completely inconsiderate and deliberately put tenants in uncomfortable situations. It doesn't matter what it takes or how it affects you, they just want to get the job done. During our three-year stay here there have been multiple water leaks in our apartment, and our neighbors are extremely noisy, yet Parkview has done nothing to alleviate either issue, despite our requests. Additionally, they constantly require us to conduct random bed bug inspections, which, with such short notice, is very difficult to prepare for. There is only my sister, my niece, and me in our apartment, and we both have full-time jobs and attend college, so it is near impossible for us to meet the checklist requirements on a school night. We have voiced our concerns to management, but, as previously noted, they don't care about their tenants. Furthermore, the security here is horrible and rude. One guard came to my door on New Year's Eve at 10 PM simply to say he believed he smelled marijuana in the hallway, and he was incredibly rude. My sister and I don't smoke, so this was completely uncalled for. To top it all off, our rent is raised every year.more ...hide ...
