The place is ran wonderfully secure To no fault of any employee the only issue in my opinion is the money people up top dont wanna invest to update the complex

Every month the maintenance crew would come in and inspect your apartment whether your there or not, sleeping or showering they inspect at their chosen timesIt is income based. Every month the maintenance crew would come in and inspect your apartment whether your there or not, sleeping or showering they inspect at their chosen times with no warnings either. Also to pay rent here you have to deal with the crooked land-ladies. I use crooked cause they try to rip you off if you dont pay attention. Theyve been known to charge a 2nd security deposit (i didnt pay(its illegal)) on exiting the apartment. Charging you for the same month twice because they lost their end of receipts (make sure you have a signed copy) every month. Its approximately a year wait list unless your friends with the two land-ladies. Definitely would never recommend these apartments.more ...hide ...
