Despite the fact that many of the tenants are private pay, the apartments are still much nicer than many other so-called 'housing' complexes. The main issue with this property, though, is the poor management and lack of proper maintenance staff, who don't delegate tasks effectively. The office staff are usually quite rude and don't greet tenants or take their concerns seriously. Rosalyn, the housing coordinator, is the only friendly and professional person in the office. Maintenance staff are unprofessional, enter apartments without warning, and are not properly trained. Kids also run around everywhere, unsupervised, and are often disrespectful. I had my car scratched by some kids before, but management refused to do anything about it unless it was put in writing, which never went anywhere. The hallway carpets in most of the buildings are also very dirty. The only way to escape the mess is to stay in my own unit, which is spacious and has nice features like a dishwasher, air conditioning, and all utilities except electricity are paid for. more ... hide ...

I called to ask for information about the wait time for apartments and the person over the phone was extremely rude for no reason and now Im looking elsewhere Would not recommend if you value courtesy or kindness
