Worse place Ive ever lived no generator when lights goes out its sick people who live here old pipes old everything They slap cheap paint on the walls cheap carpet on the floor call it remodeled They have this old nasty carpet in the hallways that Worse place Ive ever lived no generator when lights goes out its sick people who live here old pipes old everything They slap cheap paint on the walls cheap carpet on the floor call it remodeled They have this old nasty carpet in the hallways that hold odors you wouldnt believe elevators brake down every other day They went up on the washing but no improvements to the machines were made you go to use them they dont work they even had the nerve to take the change machine away Forget about sleep you hear everything from outside to your neighbors nextdoor across from you above down the hall Security is a joke all they do is monitor the front lobby let you in garage theres no walking the floors making sure everything is safe We had stabbings fires child abuse drugs junkies people who died in here I dont like that they send out threatening letters either instead of having an adult dialect with the tenants I dont know who the owner of this place is its a shame because all they care about is their banking accounts We slip up on our rent they want to kick you out no matter the circumstances This building change management firms like I change my underwear but there is still no improvement in those whom they employ If it was up to me everyone would have to go I put people in place who would get the job done correctly the first time no excuses I gave 1 star because its the lowest you can give on this thing The rent is way too high I dont care if is downtown its an over priced rat hole Im not going to get started on the pest in this place Roaches the size of half of a paper dollar Terrible We cant even use the our garbage chute after 4 it doesnt open until 730 most working people are gone by then so they have to let trash pile up in their apartment guess who gets a fail inspection more ... hide ...
