I have lived at Thomas Taylor towers for six years The staff here is amazing they go out of their way to help anyone at any time During this COVID19 issue the staff made sure that everybody in this complex was safe that we were taken care of and that I have lived at Thomas Taylor towers for six years The staff here is amazing they go out of their way to help anyone at any time During this COVID19 issue the staff made sure that everybody in this complex was safe that we were taken care of and that nobody was left behind They contacted people to make sure they were okay they came in and brought floor rep supplies to help keep their floor running The office had to stay away due to the Lockdown from the governor but that never stopped them from coming in and checking on the building checking on the resident and making sure that we were all taken care of The staff in this apartment complex is amazing they are all hardworking individuals that care about the building and care about the residence Also this not Assisted Living nor is it a Nursing Home This is Independent Living more ... hide ...

My mothers weight is 70 pounds, skin and bones, she wasnt eating, cant keep food nor water down! Doctors cant seem to find a cause. She is literally dying. I applied for a two bedroom with a Section8 voucher in which with Covid Everything is done by EMAIL, $100 deposit for assurance, upon my move and I had even transferred my DTE in which later had to disconnect. The Staff mainly Johnson lady and two others, REFUSED TO LET ME CONTACT CORPORATE, this is one of the reasons why Im exposing my experience. Hopefully Corporate reads this because I was done so unfairly, I totally abided by protocol, maybe the fact that I have a Dissability, who knows, I swear I wish I knew. I would not want anyone to experience with a very ill Parent, Grandparent or Love one that needs care and cant afford health services! Bottom line is Ive been HOMELESS due to Wildwood and its Staff,nor have I received $100 assurance deposit! The black staff and Im African American as well, they are unprofessional, arrogant, flat out confrontational and rude towards me during a visit with my 8 year old granddaughter whom remembers Every word of disrespect towards me (thats recorded). I definitely do not want to reside at Wildwood Apts due to their Slum office staff. I really want to sue do to the discrimination towards me! I was at the top of the list as I explained, now the staff tells me that by my actions(requesting where Im at on list then $100 return) I would be put back on list but at the bottom! My moms dying, all of my son and I our everything is in storage.We have been Homeless since 10-31-2021 its been 3months. I really thank God for sparing any additional discriminatory acts from this complex RAN BY THIS STAFF!! The complex has always been a nice place to Live, but when the people who run the place are not right tells a lot about Present and Future expectations! GOD FORBID MY MOTHER DIES TOMMOROW, I would sorely FEEL SOME BLAME TOWARDS THIS PRESENT STAFF, personally should all be FIRED. I moved into an apartment that was just rebuilt after a fire. The apartments are super beautiful. Nice set up, spacious, and I like the area where it is located. This place goes by your income and they even have a tower for seniors which I think is cool. I love my neighbors and I like the fact that we have a gym and all of the extra things. I like the little activity packs the put in the doors for people who have children, every week. I have a good amount of space in my place and I love the walk in closets.
