This place is awful they do not change the filters they do not treat humans like human beings the front desk ladies are so rude and disrespectful this is the worst place you could live in downtown Newport News it is dirty they do not change the air f This place is awful they do not change the filters they do not treat humans like human beings the front desk ladies are so rude and disrespectful this is the worst place you could live in downtown Newport News it is dirty they do not change the air filters they do not come up to fix things when you put in a request they have on their amenities that maintenance 24 seven and that is a lie they always have new maintenance people this is the worst place to live in downtown Newport News yes they renovated but things are still breaking and still cracking in multiple people on the 11th floor where I live still have leaky ceilings cracks in the wall and just things that are supposed to be fixed that they do not fix even when you try to call corporate its hard to even figure out which number is corporate for western associate this is one of the worst places to live I would definitely look into other low income housing places because this place changes rules sporadically this is the worst place you could live more ... hide ...

They have security and now security is going to be 24 hours once they finish the building they doing a wonderful job to the building they redoing all of the apartments
