This apartment complex and the townhomes maintained by it are in a terrible condition. The maintenance staff spends their time puttering about in golf carts. Furthermore, they are known to cut corners when it comes to repairs and preparing for new tenants, and even emergency calls can take the whole day. During winter, they fail to clear the snow, which is especially troublesome for elderly residents. Additionally, the water may be shut off without warning. When requesting a transfer to a different unit, one may have to wait for years to receive an answer. The apartments, which are beneath the townhomes, are commonly affected by mold, which is hard to remove if you do not remind the staff to take care of it. The neighbours, both adults and children, can be a nuisance, with the latter often stealing bikes and vandalising property.
