Edit Rental Inquiry Hello my name is Gina I�m a 40 yr.old mother of a beautiful 8 year old little girl named Gianna we have no pets we are looking for a 2 bedroom preferably a single family house, cottage, townhouse along the lines of something similar to 1 of them, with a yard, I�d love to have a dishwasher (who doesn�t right ),washer & dryer or hookups for them hopefully, maybe a nice porch or patio if we�re lucky. We are very family oriented & like to build a great friendship/relationship with our next landlord we are quiet, clean, respectful, responsible & excited to start a new chapter in our journey. We are originally from Warwick ri, & looking for something within the bracket of $1200-$2500 hopefully with utilities included in southern Rhode Island.We do have a section 8 choice voucher for 2 bedrooms for numerous different cities throughout southern RI each city has a different bracket for rent however I am more than willing & capable to pay any difference if needed for what I am looking for. I�m hoping to find something modern, spacious, sunny, clean & in a good neighborhood of course. Edit Rental Inquiry Looking for a 2 bedroom for me and my son (2yrs old) I have Section 8 with RIHousing, I�m looking to move as soon as possible I just received the voucher and I have til the end of January to find a place before I lose the voucher. This is a great step for me and my child as I am a single parent.
