When she reported to the front desk, they said that the CCTV was not working that day. They conduct regular inspections and do not let people store pots in their ovens. The burners need to be spotless; it seems ridiculous but that is what they demand. Additionally, no furniture or decorative items are allowed near windows for fire safety reasons; however, this building has three floors so it is unlikely a senior citizen would jump out of a window! To make matters worse, windows must always remain closed even when it is hot outside - air conditioning does not kick in until June! Visitors also must sign in and out with their loved one's card or else they will face scolding from an employee; however possessions still go missing despite these rules being followed. Many of those who have left stated that their belongings had vanished too. One family was unaware their relative had passed away two months ago while this establishment continued collecting money from them without informing them of the death! The premises are nice but those running this building must be exposed and replaced with people who care about seniors rather than stealing from them and ignoring them. more ... hide ...
