The spring time they would rather not clear the water for the residents and instead ask them if they can stay home until the water goes down. They would rather wait for the city to come before spending a dime. If you want to move they make you give a two month notice and if you are unable to find housing in a timely manner before the lease expires, they force you into another year contract.
