He personally said if we did not comply he would have my mother evicted yet he is not complying to the lease he signed and agreed to stating parking spot belongs to tenant occupant. I would think twice about your parents living here. I thought they were a nice living home for seniors and maybe care but its only the tenants who care for each other.. Not the greedy owners.
