Ive lived here at Stonegate Apts for just over a year now. While Ive seen the past reviews I have to argue this is not the same place as years ago. Under the management of Kendall, this place is a joy to live at. She is Ive lived here at Stonegate Apts for just over a year now. While Ive seen the past reviews I have to argue this is not the same place as years ago. Under the management of Kendall, this place is a joy to live at. She is on top of absolutely everything!! Any work order is sent and worked on diligently and speedily. She not only is the manager but she is walking the property pulling weeds, picking up any miscellaneous pieces of paper or whatever, updating and beautifying wherever she can. We just had new shutters put on and the parking areas paved. The people here are respectful and the walls and ceilings are pretty well insulated. My upstairs neighbors have a baby and 2 boys 2 and 7 and I honestly rarely hear a peep. (There is some noise of the kids of course but I dont notice it hardly ever).Kendall and the maintenance staff truly desire a clean, safe and enjoyable life for us residents here. Im truly so thankful for this place and them.more ...hide ...
