Editing my review Lost my bike from the garage When I moved here the management was very persistent that the patio shouldnt be used to store bike and I was asked to use the secured garage space where I parked my bike under chain lock I just found out Editing my review Lost my bike from the garage When I moved here the management was very persistent that the patio shouldnt be used to store bike and I was asked to use the secured garage space where I parked my bike under chain lock I just found out that it was stolen and when I took it to the property manager she was most uncooperative and unempathetic She just told me with a blank face that there have been breakins in the garage Not even apologized and said that in the most as a matter of fact way like it just doesnt matter to them I am amazed and furious on their response to my complainnnnnI recently moved into the apartment complex and have found the experience so far amazing The Baxter apartments are fairly new and the units are quite modern and nice I love the location and proximity to Bardstown Road The staff is extremely helpful and very prompt in answering any requests I am looking forward to staying here more ... hide ...

If youre thinking about moving here I highly urge you to look elsewhere I have had serious issues since the day I moved in I had a nonworking dishwasher for 11 weeks and Ive had ongoing leaks in my living room floor with no permanent fix for over a m If youre thinking about moving here I highly urge you to look elsewhere I have had serious issues since the day I moved in I had a nonworking dishwasher for 11 weeks and Ive had ongoing leaks in my living room floor with no permanent fix for over a month Every word that comes out of the property managers mouth is a lie For a luxury apartment the trash shoot is regularly broken as is the elevator The locks to the doors arent always functioning properly either The stairwells are disgusting and someone regularly smokes weed near me and that hasnt been addressed These are only a few of the issues Ive had in just over 3 months more ... hide ...
