My 96yearold mother moved to this location after living for approximately 56 years in a home that her and my father built The transition was facilitated by an incredibly confident and capable professional staff in the office The maintenance staff on My 96yearold mother moved to this location after living for approximately 56 years in a home that her and my father built The transition was facilitated by an incredibly confident and capable professional staff in the office The maintenance staff on site is incredible and extremely responsive to any issues that may arise The apartment complex location is extremely quiet with and within two blocks of a large shopping center anchored by Stater Bros Noahs Bagels Jamba Juice Dunkin Donuts and Hoag Hospital urgent care facility Across the street is a new OC Fire Station The grounds in facilities are kept impeccably clean and well manicured My mothers apartment located adjacent to a large swimming pool Jacuzzi and barbecue common area is extremely and surprisingly quiet Most residents either sunbathe swim quietly and or read books This is truly a wonderful location for those seeking quiet and luxurious apartments From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings more ... hide ...
